I am a Muralist and Landscape Designer based in Oakland, CA. Both art forms come from the same place in my heart and can be combined to transform your office, yoga studio, temple, home, or other space!

My work explores the intersections of culture through mythology, folklore, symbolism, and spiritual traditions. I draw inspiration from the stories and visual languages that communities have used throughout history to understand the world, connect with one another, and reach the Sacred.

As a muralist, I’m especially interested in the way these traditions meet, overlap, and evolve within diverse communities. In Oakland, many cultures, histories, and identities are woven together, continually influencing one another and creating something new.

My murals celebrate this convergence. By weaving imagery from different cultural traditions into a shared visual language, I hope to create work that honors the communities that make Oakland what it is while reflecting the connections that emerge between them. Each mural becomes a place where histories, stories, and traditions can meet—celebrating both cultural individuality and the new community we create together.

I received my Bachelor’s in Studio Art from the University of Arizona in 2009. With a desire to be in nature I immediately moved to Hawai’i where I studied with various farmers and gardeners in the botanical utopia I found there. Later I worked for some of the most talented gardeners in San Francisco and the greater Bay Area and have refined my skills as a garden designer with great attention to environmental sustainability, botanical knowledge and the personality of the people I work for. I love to create a calming, sanctuary space for my clients to heal.
